Store Credit and Exchanges
POPJUNKIE provides detailed product information and images to help you buy with confidence. Every order is carefully hand packaged and inspected before it goes out the door. Our products are also produced and purchased in limited quantities. For this reason, we offer store credit or item replacement within 28 days of purchase for faulty products due to our error. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer store credit or item replacement.
Our clothing is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase for full refund or store credit. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, please include a proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Returns & Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
